Setting class age and rank requirements

By default, owners and admins can edit classes.

1. Go to Programs › Classes, open the class and tap Edit.
2. Find Eligibility & limits.
3. Set any of these (leave blank for no limit):

• Min age and Max age, checked against the student's birthday.
• Min rank and Max rank, the lowest and highest belt allowed.
• Capacity, the most students per session.

1. Save.

What this changes

• The class roster on the attendance screen shows only students with an active membership who match the class's discipline, age and belt. Students who don't match aren't listed.
• A student with no birthday on file doesn't match a class with an age limit, and a student with no belt doesn't match a class with a belt limit. Add the missing detail on their profile.
• Need someone in a class they don't match (a helper, a visitor)? Add them as a walk-in from the attendance screen.
