Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Trixy LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company that operates QuickKicks at quickkicks.app. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
QuickKicks is management software for martial arts schools and dojos. It covers roster, attendance, billing, events, communications, and progression tracking. We continuously update the platform and may add, change, or retire features. We will not make a material reduction to features included in your plan without notice.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the business you sign up for. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secret, and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access by emailing hello@quickkicks.app.
Free trial
New accounts get a 30-day trial. No card is required to start. If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account is paused; you can still sign in and export your data for 30 days before it is removed from production.
Subscriptions and pricing
- Plans are billed monthly per location. Current prices are on the pricing page; the price in effect on your renewal date applies.
- On your subscription plan we do not charge a percentage of your revenue or transaction fees on top of your payment processor for tuition, memberships, or retail. You pay your processor’s standard rates directly to them. Our optional tournament product is the one exception: it is billed at a flat $1 per registration, capped at $500 per event (25¢ per registration for active subscribers), with no percentage of your revenue and no monthly fee.
- You can cancel at any time from inside the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email to the account owner. Continuing past the effective date is acceptance of the new price.
Payments from your customers (Stripe Connect)
QuickKicks is not the merchant of record for the payments your members and guardians make to your business. You connect your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Stripe processes the charge, settles funds to you, and you are responsible for your own taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. The relationship between you and Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own terms; QuickKicks is a Stripe Connect platform and may charge a platform fee on those transactions where disclosed in your plan.
Your data
You own the data you and your members put into QuickKicks. You grant us the limited rights to host, transmit, back up, and display that data as needed to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train third-party models, and we do not use member data uploaded by you for advertising.
You can export your business data at any time during the subscription. After cancellation, you have 30 days to retrieve it before we remove it from production. Backups roll off on a 30-day cycle thereafter. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: try to access another organization’s data, probe or break the platform’s security, use the service to send spam or unlawful content, resell the platform, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that risks the safety of others. You also agree to obtain the consents required in your jurisdiction before uploading personal data about minors or other third parties.
Communications you send
QuickKicks includes tools that send email and SMS on your behalf. You are responsible for the lawfulness of those messages (consent, opt-out handling, sender identification). Repeated complaints, high bounce rates, or violations of carrier rules may force us to pause sending from your account while we investigate.
Service availability
We work to keep QuickKicks available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or related to these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Trixy LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of the law.
Termination
You can cancel anytime from inside the console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, become a security risk, or fail to pay after notice. On termination, the data-retention timelines above apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are emailed to account owners; continuing to use the service after the effective date is acceptance.
