Read your revenue and retention

Your daily money check

Go to Money > Billing and look at Money summary at the top. It shows:

• what you collected and what is still outstanding;
• what has been deposited to your bank and what is still held at Stripe.

Reports

Reports is grouped into Overview, Money, Operations, Progression, Growth, Marketing and Export. For revenue and retention, start with these in Money:

• Revenue: membership revenue by month and program.
• AR aging: who owes money and for how long.
• Churn and Cohort retention: how many members leave, and how long each joining month stays.
• At-risk: active members who have not checked in for a while.
