Family referrals

Referrals are often the best source of new families. QuickKicks gives every parent a personal referral link. Any reward is up to you, and you give it by hand.

What parents see

1. In the parent portal, parents open Account › Refer a family.
2. They see Your share link and their code. They can copy the link and send it any way they like.
3. Or they use Send a personal invite: enter a friend's email and name, and QuickKicks emails the friend with the parent's name attached.
4. The page shows how many of their referrals have joined, pending invites, and a Top referrers list.

When a friend opens the link, they land on your enrollment form with the code attached, so the new family is linked to the parent who referred them.

Where you see referrals

• On a sign-up application, the Referrer is shown.
• The referring parent's activity shows Referred a friend.
• Personal invites appear under People › Invites as Parent referral.

Thanking families

There is no automatic reward. Decide what you offer (for example a credit or a free uniform) and apply it yourself, for example by adding to the family's Account Balance or giving them a coupon.

Tips

• Make the thank-you worth talking about.
• Thank families quickly. A reward months later does little.
• Remind families about their link a couple of times a year, for example in an announcement.
