Start a membership on autopay

1. Open the student and click Add membership.
2. Pick the program and the start date.
3. If the family already has a card saved, autopay starts on that program's schedule. A future start date waits until that day for the first charge.
4. If there is no card yet, the form asks how to get one:

• For a new family, Family setup sends one link where they sign the waiver, save a card and create their app login.
• Only email a link to add their card sends a card link and nothing else.
• Don't email. I'll collect the card myself if you will take the card on the phone (Take payment by phone on the membership page) or record a cash or check payment.

1. The membership stays pending until the card is saved.

To send another card link later, open the membership and use Request payment method > Email card link.
