  2. Step 2: Your next charge

  3. Step 3: What’s coming up
    3

    What’s coming up

Upcoming charges shows the next few months. Each child’s membership is its own charge.

  4. Step 4: Your memberships
    4

    Your memberships

Your memberships: who’s enrolled, in which program, and the monthly price. Pay early pays the next period now; your next automatic payment moves out by one period.

  5. Step 5: It asks first
    5

    It asks first

Pay early asks first, with the amount and your school’s fees. Nothing is paid until you tap Pay early again.

  6. Step 6: Your invoices
    6

    Your invoices

  7. Step 7: A statement for each month
    7

    A statement for each month

A Statement adds up the month’s invoices. Handy for your records.

  8. Step 8: Your cards
    8

    Your cards

The cards and bank accounts on file. Your default card pays your memberships and any unpaid bills.

  9. Step 9: Your school’s fees
    9

    Your school’s fees

Under the buttons are your school’s fees, if it has any. A credit card adds your school’s card fee, a debit card doesn’t, and a bank account adds a small fee with a limit.

Good to know

Why are there two charges in one month?
Each child’s membership is billed on its own, so a month can hold more than one charge.
Why does it say “est.”?
Amounts after your next charge are estimates. They can change with plan changes, taxes or discounts.
Is there a card fee?
Only if your school adds one, and the Billing page says so. A credit card adds your school’s card fee, a debit card doesn’t, and a bank account adds a small fee with a limit. The prices shown are before any fee.
Need a receipt?
A receipt is emailed to you after each charge. For a copy of a bill, tap Invoice, or Statement for a whole month.

Stuck?

Ask the front desk at your school. They can see your account and explain any charge.
