For instructors: running a trial class

Before they arrive

Open People › Leads and find the prospect to read their details and notes.

During and after class

Greet the child and parent by name. Help the child succeed at one simple thing. Pair them with a friendly student. After class, ask the parent how it looked from their side and answer their questions.

Hand over to the front desk

Instructors can see leads but can't change them. Ask the front desk to:

• mark the trial as attended,
• add your notes about the child,
• take payment if the family signs up.

To remind yourself to follow up, create a task under Inbox › Tasks.

Don't offer discounts you aren't allowed to give.
