For parents: downloading a certificate

1. Sign in to your parent portal.
2. Open Training › Certificates.
3. Each certificate shows who it's for and the date. Certificates for all your children are on the same list.
4. Tap View / Print to open it, or Download to save the PDF.

Certificates are also in the QuickKicks app.

No certificates yet? They appear as soon as your school issues one. If your child was promoted but you don't see a certificate, check Training › Progress, then ask the school.
