For parents: a tour of your portal

The Home page

1. Household balance: what you owe, if anything, with a link to Billing.
2. Things to take care of: waivers to sign, payments due and other to-dos.
3. Students: a card for each child with their rank and upcoming classes. Use the picker to see one child or all of them.
4. Upcoming events from your school.

The menu

On a computer, the menu runs down the left side. On a phone, use the tabs along the bottom (Home, Schedule, Progress, Billing, Messages) or open the menu for everything else.

1. Training: Progress, Journey, Certificates, Videos, Attendance. Make-up credits are on the Attendance page.
2. Schedule: Schedule, Events, Birthday parties.
3. Billing: Billing (charges, invoices, memberships, payment methods) and Gift cards. If your school adds a card or bank fee, each charge shows it and the total.
4. Documents: Waivers, Documents, My documents.
5. Account: Profile (contact details and notification choices), Messages, Notifications, Refer a family.

Some items only show if your school uses them. For example, Gift cards and Videos are hidden when your school doesn't offer them.

Things only the school can do

Promote your child, change a child's name or birthday, add a child, and give refunds.

The app

The QuickKicks app has tabs for Home, Calendar, Progress, Messages and More. What you see there depends on what your school turns on.
