For parents: signing up for an event

Find events

Open Schedule › Events in the portal. Events your children can't join are hidden; tap "Show all events" to see everything.

Register

1. Tap the event and read the details.
2. Choose which child is going.
3. If it's free, tap Register.
4. If it costs money, tap Continue to payment. Your spot is held while you pay on a secure Stripe page, and then you come back to the portal.
5. Have a gift card? Enter the code under "Have a gift card?". If it covers the whole fee, you skip the payment step.

Bringing a friend

Some events have Register friend. Enter your friend's name and birthday and their parent's contact details, and pick which of your children is bringing them.

Full events

If you see "This event is at capacity", the event is full. Ask the school if a spot opens up.

Cancel

1. Open the event.
2. Tap Cancel registration and confirm.

If you paid, the school processes your refund. You can't cancel online in the last 24 hours before the event; contact the school instead.
