For parents: how to schedule a make-up class

When your child misses a class, your school may give you a make-up credit. You can use it to book a different class.

Find your credits

1. Sign in to your parent portal.
2. Open Training › Attendance.
3. Look under Make-up credits. Each credit shows the child, the reason and when it expires.

If you don't see any credits, your school may not use them, or you don't have any right now. Ask the school.

Book a make-up

1. Under the credit, tap Schedule a make-up.
2. Pick a class and date from the list. It only shows classes your child can attend.
3. Confirm. You'll see "Make-up booked" with the class and date.

If the class is full, you can join the waitlist.

Good to know

1. The credit is used as soon as you book. It doesn't come back if your child misses the make-up class.
2. Credits given automatically expire 30 days after the missed class. A credit with 7 days or less left is highlighted.
3. Whether you get a credit is up to your school. Some memberships get credits automatically when a child is marked absent, and staff can add credits by hand.
