For parents: using a gift card

See your balance

If your school sells gift cards:

1. Sign in to your parent portal.
2. Open Billing › Gift cards.

You'll see gift cards sent to you (balance, last 4 characters of the code, any expiry date) and gift cards you've given. To check a code someone emailed you, open the link in the gift card email.

Spend it

1. Events: when you register for an event in the portal, enter the code under "Have a gift card?". This only works if the card covers the whole event fee.
2. At the front desk: give them your code when you pay.
3. Booking online: enter the code if your school's booking page asks for one.

Gift cards don't pay membership or tuition charges.

If your school sells gift cards, go to yourschool.quickkicks.app/gift-cards.

Lost code?

Ask the person who bought it to forward the email again, or contact the school. A gift card only works at the school that issued it.
